How the Open Bell leaderboard works

Open Bell drops you at the 09:30 New York open of a real historical Nasdaq futures session with the chart hidden ahead of the bell. You call Buy or Sell, the market plays forward at real speed, and the result is scored from the actual price data of that day — no synthetic candles and no replayed demo feed.

The two boards

• Best streak — the longest run of consecutive correct direction calls in a single session, before your first wrong call ends it.
• Best PnL — the highest simulated profit from one run, in dollars, using the standard MNQ contract value.

Scoring rules

• One entry per trader per board — only your strongest run is listed, never every attempt.
• Boards can be filtered to today, this week or all-time, and by difficulty preset, so a hard-preset run is never compared against an easy one.
• Runs are saved to a free account, which is what links a run to a rank.
• Nicknames are shown instead of e-mail addresses, and no account details are public.

Getting on the board

Create a free account, set a nickname, then play a round of Open Bell. Traders who want more practice before competing usually work the same sessions in the full replay simulator first, where the chart, drawing tools and journal are all available.

Every score here comes from a simulation on historical data. Simulated results are not an indication of live trading performance.
