NQ Backtest is operated by Elior Dabool. This policy covers the Pro and Pro+ memberships purchased through our checkout.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the simulator isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no explanation needed. This applies to first-time purchases and to each renewal charge within that window.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or email us at eliordabool013@gmail.com and we'll arrange it for you.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from the billing portal linked on the pricing page. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After the refund window

Outside the 14-day window we still review requests case by case — for example duplicate charges, billing errors, or a service outage that prevented you from using the membership. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Processing times

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle issues the refund immediately; banks and card networks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.
