By accessing or using NQ Backtest ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is a simulation and educational tool for practicing trading strategies on historical market data. It is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment advisory service. No real money is traded through the Service.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. AI-generated coaching, summaries, and analyses are informational only and may contain errors.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) use it to scrape data, (c) attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access, or (d) use it in violation of any law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You retain ownership of journal entries you create.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading decisions you make in real markets.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
