Change in State of Delivery (CISD) definition
The close back through the open of the candle series that produced the last push, marking the moment delivery flips direction.
What it means in ICT
CISD is ICT's earliest confirmation of intent: instead of waiting for a full structure break, you take the close through the opening price of the down-close or up-close candle run.
NQ example
After NQ sweeps the overnight low, the first 1-minute close above the open of the final down-close candle run is the bullish CISD that precedes the MSS.

Sessions cover the full CME Globex day, 18:00–17:00 ET. ICT overlays are drawn algorithmically from the same price data used in the replay trainer.
